Welcome to the SalezFinity program. By signing up and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review the terms carefully before proceeding with your subscription.
1. No Trial Period and No Money-Back Guarantee
Due to the nature of our combined coaching program and platform usage, we do not offer trial periods or a money-back guarantee. This is because API usage costs are incurred from the moment you access our tools, and personalized coaching is provided from the start of your journey with us.
2. Subscription and Payment
Your subscription grants you access to the SalezFinity platform and all associated services, including coaching, tools, resources, and community support.
Payment is due upon registration, and you will be billed according to the program plan you select.
You must select a payment currency at checkout, and your payment will be processed in the currency you choose.
All subscriptions will automatically renew on a monthly basis unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us via email at [email protected] or through direct messaging in the private community.
To avoid being charged for the following month, cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your renewal date, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the next month, and you will be charged for the upcoming billing cycle.
There are no refunds or partial refunds for cancellations made after the 24-hour window.
4. Use of SalezFinity AI Tools and Coaching
By using the SalezFinity AI platform, you agree to follow the instructions and guidelines provided during the onboarding process and throughout the coaching program.
API usage costs are included in your subscription fee, and the tools are available for your use as long as your subscription is active.
Unauthorized sharing of your account or access to SalezFinity tools or coaching materials with third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your account.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, including templates, training materials, videos, and resources provided through SalezFinity, are the intellectual property of SalezFinity and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without express permission.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the content and tools for your personal and professional growth during the duration of your subscription.
6. Liability
SalezFinity provides tools and coaching intended to help you grow your freelance or remote working career. However, we do not guarantee specific results or earnings.
By participating in the program, you acknowledge that your success depends on your individual effort, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
SalezFinity will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform, coaching, or resources.
7. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate your subscription and access to SalezFinity services if you violate these terms and conditions or engage in conduct that disrupts the community or coaching environment.
Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the SalezFinity platform, coaching, or resources.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
SalezFinity reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or through the platform.
Continued use of the SalezFinity platform after changes to the terms and conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
9. GoHighLevel (GHL) Usage Charges
In addition to your subscription fee, any usage charges for GoHighLevel (GHL) services will be added to your monthly bill. These costs are based on your actual usage of the GHL platform and are outlined at freelancer.salezfinity.com/ghl-usage-pricing. By using GHL through SalezFinity, you agree to pay any applicable usage fees as part of your monthly subscription.
